1. About these terms

2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your password and transaction credentials private. Do not share OTPs or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
3. Purchases and your wallet
Review the recipient number, network, meter or smartcard details, selected product and total amount before confirming a purchase. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) in the web app before payment. Available funding methods and any applicable charges are shown during the relevant payment flow. Wallet withdrawal rules are awaiting confirmation.
4. Availability and delivery
Services depend on the relevant network, utility, examination or payment provider. Provider interruptions can affect availability or delivery. Check the transaction status before retrying a pending purchase to avoid duplicates.
5. Transaction issues
Raise failed or undelivered purchases with your transaction reference. Confirmed failed transactions are reversed to the wallet following verification. See the Refund Policy for the draft reversal process and outstanding timeline details.
6. Applicable law and enquiries
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Nigerian law. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact details, dispute handling procedures and any future changes require confirmation by the operating company.
