Refund Policy
Clear next steps when a payment does not go as planned.
1. Failed or undelivered purchases
If your wallet is debited but the service is not delivered, check the transaction history and save the reference. Confirmed failed or undelivered transactions are reversed to your BarwaData wallet after verification.
2. Pending transactions
A pending transaction is not yet confirmed as failed. It may require reconciliation with the service or payment provider. Avoid repeating the purchase until its status is confirmed to prevent duplicate charges.
3. Reversal process
Report the transaction reference, service, date and recipient or account identifier through the contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email. Support is available 24/7. Support reviews the record and provider response. Where failure is confirmed, the reversal is credited to your wallet and the transaction status is updated.
4. Reversal timelines — awaiting confirmation
The operator has not yet supplied its automatic reversal window, manual review window or escalation deadline. These timelines must be confirmed before this policy is finalised. No specific turnaround time is promised in this draft.
5. Delivered purchases and incorrect details
Successfully delivered airtime, data, subscriptions, tokens or examination PINs may not be recoverable once issued or consumed. Check all purchase details before payment. Eligibility for an incorrect-recipient dispute depends on whether recovery is possible and applicable consumer rights; report the issue for review.
6. Wallet funding and other disputes
For a wallet funding issue, provide the payment reference and funding date without sending card credentials or OTPs. Rules for refunds to the original payment method, unspent-wallet withdrawals and dispute deadlines are awaiting confirmation. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
